EzScheduler is a user-friendly software written to help organize the scheduling tasks of jobs, appointments, equipment, work orders, etc. This software was written for service companies that need to effectively schedule resources (i.e. technician, truck, equipment, subs, etc.) to jobs or customers. A frequently asked question is: "How many resources do we have to have to cost justify purchasing EzScheduler?" Our target market for this software is a company that has between 2-50 resources that need scheduling per day. Every company that needs to schedule a service can benefit from EzScheduler.

Forget the White Grease Board EzPOS is multi-user ready so everyone that has a PC has access to EzScheduler.

Re-Occurring Jobs No problem, just select what frequency (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and then let EzScheduler do the scheduling for you.

EzPOS Interface Links the customer database of EzPOS with the customers in EzScheduler.

Customer Data Name, address, three phone numbers, notes (directions) and 16 user defined fields to keep track of equipment type. Helpful for warranty information and familiarizes the tech with the job prior to going on-site. The program stores unlimited digital pictures for that customer (helpful for recording equipment type, repair issues, etc.) and stores unlimited digital documents for companies into paperless documents.

Prints Daily Dispatch Log by Resource First page is a Summary Page for all the calls scheduled, by resource, for that day plus an individual work order for each task assigned.

Open Work Orders Prints Open Work Orders two different ways: for today and backwards or today and forward. Assures you that work performed will be invoiced with an invoice number assigned. No more work orders slipping through the cracks and not being billed for. Makes it easy to reschedule work orders.

Work Order History by Customer This is a valuable report to look at the history of all work orders for a specific customer. It easily spots "repeat offenders".

Zone Report Prints all work orders by zone. EzScheduler is helpful for determining where your target market for service calls are located.
